Tariq Shahabedden is the Founder and CEO of Azdan Business Analytics. His creditable knowledge and extensive experience in Architecture and Software Engineering gets him a plausible voice in the technology industry. His leadership philosophy is leveraged in troubleshooting and decision making capabilities offering a unique blend of technical expertise, business intelligence, entrepreneurial spirit and tenaciousness with an eye towards accomplishing enterprise-wide goals.

Attuned proactively to technological developments, he intuitively sees the threads of opportunity in Technology Development/ Deployment, Business Development, and Customer/ Partner Engagement that wind through an organization, brings them together into a coherent whole, helps others extend their thinking, and drives material business advantage.

Partner, Managing Consultant
Bishoy is a functional & technical professional with over 15 years of experience working with business solutions. Offering a broad vision of business management solutions, ranging from a deep understanding of the accounting, strategy management, budgeting formulation and execution processes employed in each organization, to the data model design. Bishoy is Azdan‟s managing consultant. He is responsible for leading the company‟s business operations globally, executing Azdan‟s business strategy and ensuring operational excellence company-wide.
Mr. Bishoy has extensive management consulting, financial analysis, system development, technology integration, and business process automation experience. Effectively participate in business meetings, bringing clarity, simplifying technical terms for the business users, visualizing the solution design and help in defining the business requirements.

AREEN HADDADIN
Business Development Manager
Areen Haddadin is Azdan‟s business development manager. In this role, she oversees Azdan‟s comprehensive portfolio of business process services as well as Infrastructure and cloud services. She leads a team of both consulting and outsourcing professionals charged with selling and delivering differentiated intelligent infrastructure, cloud and business process services to drive transformational value and productivity for clients . Ms. Haddadin drives significant business impact on growth, costs & service quality, with a litany of professional accreditation (Masters in Business Administration) to credit, with over 7 years of experience in business development and operational excellence. She utilizes the knowledge she gained from a litany of professional accreditors (GJU/TAGSB, Oracle amongst others) to develop creative solutions and translate them into action. A firm believer in the importance of bringing value to stakeholders, she perfectly focuses on building and maintaining relationships throughout working on achieving aims.

GHAIDA KHADER
Principal Consultant
Ghaida Khader joined Azdan Business Analytics in Apr, 2016. Prior to joining, she worked with one of the largest Business solutions companies in the Middle East in their Enterprise Performance Management “EPM” Consulting Department. Also, she interned at Twitter Headquarter in San Francisco. She has extensive experience in EPM solutions where she has been involved in various projects for the implementation of Oracle Hyperion Budgeting and Planning, and Hyperion Financial Reporting.

Ibrahim Hamed
Project Manager
Ibrahim is a project manager having important role in interfacing between the project and the business area, with 13 years of experience of accounting, budgeting and business solutions. He is responsible for delivering the project, with authority and responsibility from the Project Board to run the project on a day-to-day basis. He Coordinates internal resources for the flawless execution of projects by Ensuring resources availability and allocation He ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget He participates in system solution design sessions to ensure solution superb performance based on his deep functional an technical experience.
